How to request for refund?
  •  If  the item received is broken, has manufacturing defect or missing parts within 7 days after client has received the item. 
How to request for return?
  • The return process is simple. Just take a photo on the defective goods, parcel and consignment note then email us at or Whatsapp to 016-4109316
  • The return policy will only be effective for a period of 7 days from the time you receive it from the shipping agent.
  • You have to bear the both ways shipment charges
