How to request for refund?
- If the item received is broken, has manufacturing defect or missing parts within 7 days after client has received the item.
How to request for return?
- The return process is simple. Just take a photo on the defective goods, parcel and consignment note then email us at email@example.com or Whatsapp to 016-4109316
- The return policy will only be effective for a period of from the time you receive it from the shipping agent.
- You have to bear the both ways shipment charges
